Peak travel falls in June through August and again in December, so if you want lower prices and thinner crowds, the shoulder months of April, May, or October offer a sweet spot — the weather is mild and the major sites are far more comfortable to explore on foot.
From Queen Alia International Airport, taxis and ride-hailing apps will get you into central Amman, and the journey typically takes around 45 minutes depending on traffic.
